I-20 Form with a travel signature on page 2 within the last year (for continuing students) or within six months (for students on Post-Completion Optional Practical Training [OPT])
DS2019 for J-students with a travel signature within the year
Valid passport (valid six months into the future)
Valid F-1 or J-1 visa stamp (certain exceptions apply)
F-1 students on OPT: an EAD and letter from the current employer.

Important COVID-19 Travel Guidance and Reminders
The White House announced a new travel policy on October 25, 2021, Advancing the Safe Resumption of Global Travel During the Covid-19 Pandemic. Due to this new travel policy, you will need to show that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the U.S. This travel policy has become effective November 8, 2021 at 12:01 AM (EST). Please also be sure to travel with a negative COVID-19 test result taken no more than 1 days before your travel.
