• Name (please spell your name to ensure it is correctly recorded)
• Telephone number or email address where you can be contacted to confirm your appointment
• The nature of the discussion you would like to have with the immigration advisor. You do not need to get into too much detail - provide enough information so the advisor will know what topic you wish to discuss. This will ensure that the advisor is properly prepared for your appointment. "Immigration matter" is not a detailed enough description.

Same day appointments are generally discouraged except in cases of an emergency. Please plan accordingly and kindly do not leave your important immigration matters to the last minute.
